State registration of pledge agreements and (or) additional agreements thereto.
The authorized agency shall perform state registration of pledge agreements and (or) additional agreements thereto.
For registration, the pledgor or mortgagee of the aircraft shall submit, in addition to the application, the following documents:
- a copy of the document confirming the payment of the fee for registration of pledge or mortgage of civil aircraft for each object of taxation;
- a contract of pledge or mortgage of civil aircraft and (or) an additional agreement thereto in triplicate;
- a copy of the document of incorporation (for foreign legal entities) or an identification document (for foreign individuals).
If the documents submitted are in compliance, the authorized agency shall register the civil aircraft pledge agreement and/or the supplementary agreement thereto.
