The selection of candidates for vacant positions of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC is carried out on the basis of open and transparent competitive procedures.
A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition submits to the Company on hand (Astana, Mangilik el str., 55/15, block C 2.3.) or by mail to the email address vacancy@caa.gov.kz the following documents:
- application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;
- a completed employment record and a personal sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
- a copy of the identity document;
- notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
(Copies of documents on education received by nationals of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational institutions shall be supplemented by copies of certificates of recognition or nostrification of these education documents issued by the authorized body in education, with the exception of education documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions, scientific centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of Bolashak international scholarship as well as those falling under the international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence; Copies of education documents issued to Bolashak international scholarship holders shall be supplemented by a copy of the certificate of completed training under the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak" issued by the Joint Stock Company "Center for International Programs". Copies of certificates of recognition of these education documents issued by the authorized body in education shall be attached to the copies of education documents that are subject to an international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;) - notarized copies of documents confirming employment (for persons with work experience);
- notarized copies of documents confirming the availability of special knowledge or professional training in accordance with the requirements;
- a certificate of health status in the form approved by the authorized body in the field of healthcare;
- a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The participant of the competition, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).
Based on the results of the evaluation of the participants of the competition for compliance with the qualification requirements, candidates who have passed the initial selection will be notified of the date and time of the interview, which is conducted by the competition commission.
The costs of participation in the competition (travel to the place of the interview and back, rental of residential premises, accommodation, use of communication services of all types) are borne by citizens at their own expense.

Carries out work to identify violations in the field of training and determining the qualification level of aviation personnel, monitors and supervises examination activities, coordinates and monitors the relevance of the bank of test assignments, evaluates the competence of candidates for appointment or extension of the examiner's powers, monitors correspondence and coordinates documentation regarding the appointment of examiners for the qualification exam, participates in conducting inspection and certification checks regarding the activities of examiners.
1. Higher or postgraduate education in the specialty: technical sciences and technologies (flight operation of aircraft and engines) and work experience in the acquired aviation specialty for at least three years, or higher or postgraduate education and professional training in the aviation specialty and work experience in the acquired aviation specialty for at least five years;
2. Availability of valid certificates of successful completion of flight crew instructor courses and flight crew examiner courses;
3. Has or has had a Flight Crew Member's Certificate (ATPL);
4. Work experience as an appointed examiner for at least two years;
5. Knowledge of the aviation legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to the issuance of certificates of aviation personnel and the activities of examiners;
6. Knowledge of ICAO standards and recommendations and procedures, as well as other international documents in the field of issuing certificates of aviation personnel and examination activities, supported by certificates;
7. Knowledge of the languages required for office management in the organization, as well as English (professional terminology in the field of activity).
8. Having the following competencies: stress tolerance, initiative, responsibility, consumer orientation and information, integrity, cooperation and interaction, business management, decision-making, leadership, strategic thinking, change management, intolerance to corruption.
