Kazakhstan Imposes Full Ban on Flights Near Six Middle Eastern Countries

Kazakhstan has imposed a full ban on flights over and near the airspace of Iran, Israel, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon due to the situation in the Middle East, the Civil Aviation Committee reported, according to a correspondent of the Kazinform news agency.
“Due to the current situation in the Middle East and the high level of threat to civil aviation safety, the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan is imposing a complete ban on flights over, within, and in the vicinity of the airspace of Iran, Israel, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon until further notice,” the statement said.
