Olivier Coelho, Cathay Airlines (Hong Kong)'s Regional Manager for the Middle East, shared the airline's plans to launch regular cargo flights to Astana at a meeting with Saltanat Tompiyeva, Chairperson of the Civil Aviation Committee. The press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Transport reported on the negotiations on July 11.
