Adilzhan Sultanov graduated from the Academy of Civil Aviation with a specialization in Air Traffic Services, the Kazakhstan Multidisciplinary Institute “Parasat” with a degree in Management, and the Kyiv Aviation Institute with a degree in Air Transport Management.

He has more than 17 years of experience in the aviation industry in various positions. He played an active role in developing sectoral regulatory frameworks and implementing projects in the fields of licensing and professional training of aviation personnel. He is a recipient of the “Honored Aviation Worker” badge awarded by the Veterans’ Organization of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, departmental commendations “Kurmet” from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and a letter of appreciation from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

Previously, he served as Advisor to the Director General of the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia.”
