He graduated from Karaganda State University named after academician E.A. Buketov with a degree in Traffic Engineer, Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, received the qualification “Bachelor of Law”.

He began his career in 2006 as an underground miner of the Kazakhstani mine in Shakhtinsk. He worked as a manager of the Representative Office of the Union of International Road Carriers of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Kaz ATO", Astana From 2008 to 2018, he continued to work in the public service, in different years held the positions of: chief expert of the Department of International Transport and Cooperation of the Department of Road Transport of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expert of the Department of Road Transport of the Committee for Transport and Communications of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic Kazakhstan, head Eurasian Integration Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Integration of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of the Department of Economic Integration of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Is currently Deputy Director of the Center for Industrial Analysis of Kazakhstan Institute of Industry Development.

He was awarded the 3rd degree medal “For Contribution to the Creation of the Eurasian Economic Union”, the anniversary medal “25 independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the Breastplate “Dear Motorist”, awarded with the Letter of Appreciation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his contribution to the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union.
