Evacuation of Kazakh Citizens from Middle Eastern Countries Continues

The Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with relevant government agencies and organizations, as well as domestic and foreign airlines, continues its work to evacuate citizens of Kazakhstan from countries in the Middle East.

As of March 7, since the beginning of the escalation in the region, 27 flights have been operated to Kazakhstan, transporting 4,659 passengers.

On March 5 and 6, 2026, four airlines operated 15 flights, evacuating 2,549 passengers.

Air Astana operated three flights on the Jeddah – Atyrau – Almaty route.

SCAT Airlines operated one flight on the Muscat – Almaty route.

Flydubai operated five flights from Dubai to Almaty and two flights to Astana.

Air Arabia also operated four flights on the Sharjah – Almaty route.

The evacuation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues, taking into account the current situation in the region.
