Examinations

In accordance with Article 54 of the Law on the Use of Airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Aviation Activities No. 339-IV, the qualification level of aviation personnel is determined by persons designated by an authorized civil aviation authority.

The main tasks of the examiners of JSC "Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan" are:

- Supervising the work of designated individuals authorized to determine the qualifications of aviation personnel;

- Conducting work to identify violations in the area of training and determining the qualification level of aviation personnel;

- Taking measures to counter corruption and prevent designated examiners from committing corruption offenses;

- Participation in the development of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the issues of examination activity to comply with international standards.
