In 2002 he graduated from Akmola Agrarian University named after Seifullin in the city of Astana, specializing in economics-manager.

Graduated from Kostanay State University in 2004 A. Baitursynov with a degree in law.

He began his career in 2003 as a junior researcher at the Department of Criminological Expertise of CJSC Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2005 - 2007 occupied the positions of economist, department head at ABK-Kurylys Corporation LLP, leading and chief economist, department head at ABK Construction and Installation Department-3 LLP in Astana.

From January 12, 2005 to April 2, 2010, he held the position of Managing Director for Economics and Finance of the BI-Group Holding in Astana.

From July 21, 2010 to September 14, 2012, he held the position of deputy akim of the Taranovsky district of the Kostanay region.

From September 17, 2012 to June 28, 2013 he was Akim of the Kamysty district of the Kostanay region.

On November 18, 2013, he was appointed head of the Kostanay Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From September 13, 2016 to June 26, 2020, he was the head of the Department of State Property and Privatization of the city of Nur-Sultan of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 26, 2020 to the present, he has been the Deputy Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
